Group Therapy
Healing happens in connection. At Ineza Outpatient Services, our Group Therapy program brings together small, supportive circles of adults who share similar struggles — guided by licensed facilitators who create a space where every voice matters and no one walks alone.
Book AppointmentGroup Therapy: Where Shared Stories Become Shared Strength
There is something profoundly healing about sitting in a room — or a virtual circle — with people who genuinely understand what you're going through. At Ineza Outpatient Services, our Group Therapy program is built on this simple truth: you are not alone, and you don't have to figure everything out by yourself.
Research consistently shows that group therapy is just as effective as individual therapy for many conditions, including depression and anxiety. It offers something individual sessions simply cannot replicate: the lived experience of others, peer accountability, and the profound relief of hearing "me too." Led by Caroline Ndifon, PMHNP-BC and our team of licensed facilitators, each group is carefully structured to be a safe, confidential, and growth-oriented space for adults across Stockton and San Joaquin County.

Types of Groups We Offer

Conditions We Treat Together
Our groups address a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and life transitions. The shared experience of facing similar challenges accelerates insight and reduces the isolation that often accompanies mental health struggles.

Navigating Group Therapy: A Collaborative Journey
Understanding what happens inside a therapy group can make the idea of joining one feel far less intimidating. Our facilitators guide every session with intention — balancing structured discussion with organic connection so that each member gets what they need from the experience.
Beyond the Session: How Group Growth Extends into Daily Life
One of the most powerful aspects of group therapy is that the skills you practice in the room — listening, expressing needs, giving and receiving feedback, sitting with discomfort — directly translate into your relationships, your work, and your sense of self. At Ineza Outpatient Services, we see group therapy not as a standalone treatment, but as a catalyst for broader, lasting change.
If you're ready to take that first step, reach out to our team. We'll help you find the right group and answer any questions you have about the process.
